My Role and Impact

As Co-Founder, I led audience growth and conversion strategy — building our TikTok presence and turning that attention into paying members. I managed the entire marketing funnel, from content creation to conversion optimization.

I developed a three-step system:

TikTok Content

Created daily videos that blended trending formats, storytelling, and ecommerce education to capture attention and build trust.

Free Discord Funnel

Each video directed viewers to a free Discord server where members could learn more, ask questions, and interact directly with me.

Conversion to Paid Community

Inside the Discord, I nurtured relationships, answered questions, and shared success stories to guide users toward becoming paid members.
